AeroPAD.1 offers a series of references  consisting of a comparative table of more than 25 sportplane aircraft designs from different countries. This information coming from public sources or from the designer is compared with the performance data calculated by AeroPAD.

Examples from Recreational Aviation

The following  is a representative sample of recreational aviation from all over the world. The data was taken from either the designer/manufacturer documentation or from documents available to the public.

The design information is printed in green.
Performances calculated with AeroPAD.1 are printed in parallel in red.

This information is useful for making a comparative analysis and for providing inspiration to the designer when he is in the development stages. For comparison purposes, the stall speed (clean) and the maximum speed are shown. The ratio of these two speeds (Rv) is also given, as is the «rate of climb» from sea level.
