Application of the Software
This software is an educational tool which helps the user to develop and analyze the design of a recreational sportplane. It facilitates a better understanding of the design process and is useful for bothlet the pilot and the homebuilder/designer. AeroPAD does have its limits, however, due to the wide range of possible models. It has been geared towards designing a conventional recreational sportplane.
IMPORTANT: It is imperative to have the designs formulated by AeroPAD approved by a professional before continuing with the homebuilding process. SICAPT is not liable in any manner for the results obtained with this software. AeroPAD is for personal purposes only and it is solely the user's responsability to ensure that the entire process is carried out in a safe manner.
In summary, we recommend that the data acquired from this program for either an original design or for the modification of a pre-existing design be tested by a qualified, competent professional.
